Custom Order Deposits

To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin crafting:

• For rugs 2 ft x 2 ft and smaller: 20% deposit

• For rugs larger than 2 ft x 2 ft: 50% deposit

The remaining balance must be paid before shipping. This ensures we can dedicate time and materials to crafting your unique piece.

Processing & Shipping

• Handcrafting Time: Each rug is carefully handmade, taking anywhere from 3 to 14 days, depending on design complexity and material availability.

• Shipping Time: Regular domestic shipping takes 4-15 days after your rug is completed.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the U.S.

• International Orders: If you’re outside the U.S., feel free to message us! As we receive enough requests from your region, we’ll work on expanding our shipping options.
